Case
Upper complete denture and lower full arch on four implants
Published step-by-step protocol (L'Odontoiatra). After removing the remaining upper teeth and stabilising the patient in temporary dentures for about 120 days, the lower canines were extracted and four SGS Dental implants were placed for immediate loading, with straight and 17° multi-unit abutments. The laboratory made a metal-reinforced PMMA lower full arch on titanium bases and a new upper complete denture, both delivered 48 hours later.
