Total maxillofacial rehabilitation with bilateral open sinus lift
A 56-year-old woman was rehabilitated in both jaws. In the upper jaw, bilateral open sinus lifts were done with simultaneous P7D placement in the lateral segments and failed anterior teeth were replaced with one-stage implants; healing caps were later swapped for multi-unit abutments and a provisional shaped the gingiva. In the lower jaw two P7D implants were placed in the fourth segment alongside crown and tooth treatment. Final restorations combined pressed ceramic (e.max) and metal-ceramic; the case is shown at 1.5-year follow-up.
