P5D · P7D
Immediate (2.5) and delayed (2.7) implants in one surgery
A 38-year-old woman. Tooth 2.5 was extracted atraumatically and replaced immediately with a P5D, while a wide P7D went into the healed 2.7 site. A tuberosity CTG, a custom cap and a standard cap shaped the tissue early. At 3 months screw-retained zirconia crowns on titanium bases were delivered.
