P5D
Immediate molar implant at 3.6 with trephine bone core
A 35-year-old man. After atraumatic extraction, the site was prepared with a 4.0 mm trephine and the harvested bone used to fill the gaps around a P5D 5×10 implant; a palatal CTG was fixed and a wide healing cap placed. At 3 months a screw-retained zirconia crown on a titanium base was delivered, with a further 3-month follow-up.
