Navigated (fully guided) implantation in the upper jaw
Missing upper teeth were planned in 3Shape from a virtual wax-up and placed fully guided with CS52 sleeves: a tissue-level P5G at 1.5 (one-stage) and two subcrestal P1D implants at 2.5 and 2.6 with multi-units placed at surgery. After 3 months open-tray impressions were taken and layered zirconia crowns delivered.
