Standard and immediate implants at 2.4 and 2.5 with narrow multi-units
A 46-year-old woman. One P5D was placed in a healed site and one immediately after extraction, with a tuberosity CTG, a standard healing cap and a custom cap on an S15D-TH sleeve. At 3 months the site was scanned with SPCSD scan bodies, narrow S6D multi-units placed and a screw-retained provisional fitted; a month later the final zirconia on S6/S7 titanium bases was screwed in.
