P5G
Immediate implantation with closed sinus lift (Fugazzotto technique)
A 32-year-old woman. After atraumatic extraction the site was prepared with a 4 mm trephine and the bone core was pushed up into the sinus floor with an osteotome (Fugazzotto technique). A P5G implant was placed subcrestally, a tuberosity connective-tissue graft fixed on the buccal side and a standard healing cap placed. At 3 months a zirconia crown on a titanium base was delivered.
