P5G
Fractured tooth: immediate implant and provisional in the esthetic zone
After extraction of a fractured tooth in the upper esthetic zone, an SGS Dental P5G implant was placed immediately in a prosthetically driven position. Peri-implant tissues were augmented and an individualised screw-retained provisional was delivered within 24 hours to condition the soft tissue and build the emergence profile. The definitive restoration is planned after 6 months.
