P7N

Single-stage narrow implant at lower incisor 4.1

A 51-year-old woman. Tooth 4.1 was extracted atraumatically and a narrow P7N implant placed with a healing cap and a tuberosity connective-tissue graft. The patient's own extracted tooth was bonded as a Maryland bridge during healing, then reused as a temporary crown at 3 months. A zirconia crown on a narrow titanium base completed the case.
